Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage restaurant's day-to-day operations including staff work schedules, administration, supply chain, inventory control, and purchases.
∎ Regularly review food quality and maintain high standard as per set guidelines and processes.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the entire restaurant including kitchen to ensure we are compliant to strict guidelines and adhere to proper standards of hygiene and sanitation.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent and high standard service and deal with any customer complaints professionally.
∎ Uphold restaurant's positive image and brand and generate new ideas to place it in the hearts and minds of our customers.
∎ Deal with customer feedback including social media queries and comments.
∎ Analyze and evaluate customer opinion to improve and enhance products and services.
∎ Prepare forecast for product purchase based on inventory management.
∎ Identify and suggest cost cutting areas maintaining high standards at all times.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
∎ Design and develop relevant training materials and provide training to all staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong practical knowledge of food and beverage industry.
∎ Proficient in MS office packages (Word, Excel)
∎ Able to communicate in English (Written and verbal)
∎ Friendly and approachable
∎ Flexible to work unsocial hours (if required)
∎ Flexible to travel out of Dhaka (if required)
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and a quick problem solver.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
