Group of Companies, Restaurant, Tour Operator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting business development and strategy for the restaurant chain.
∎ Extensive analysis covering all sales aspects of sales and preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives.
∎ Setting up overall business strategy-product development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media and promotional activities with local media and media agencies.
∎ Manage and update of restaurant’s content on the website/facebook page.
∎ Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
∎ Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
∎ Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
∎ Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent selling and networking capability.
∎ Knowledge of local market.
∎ Knowledge of hospitality.
∎ Excellent organizational and planning skills.
∎ Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends. and develop approaches to these challenges.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
