∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MS Excel
∎ Training/Trade Course: Database management by MS Excel
∎ Skills Required: Inventory management, MS Excel, Paper work, People Management skill, Store Management

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Inventory/Warehouse, Pharmaceuticals, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required; track orders & requisitions.
∎ Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory and reconcile managing of all incoming and outgoing materials delivery of store.
∎ Preparing and generating Purchase Requirement to the manual or software as organizational demand.
∎ Check and maintain daily stock situation and stock level.
∎ Prepare Product wise monthly statement and as and when required.
∎ Yearly and monthly inventory settlement.
∎ Conduct monthly physical inventory counting.
∎ Entry to the MS Excel as well as a hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring all activities of Store & inventory department to face intra department validation & audit.
∎ Any other Store & inventory-related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be good in Data Entry in Ms. Excel by showing Bar & Pivot Chart graph.
∎ Must have the analytical capability.
∎ Eyes for details
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
