Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operation/General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, a strong communicator, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and drink offerings, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

∎ *** 4-5 star Hotel experiences will be given highest priority
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
∎ 2. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
∎ 3. Handle Event/Party Booking with high conversion.
∎ 4. Deliver superior guest services & Ensuring guest satisfaction
∎ 5. Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
∎ 6. Plan new and update existing menus
∎ 7. Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
∎ 8. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
∎ 9. Organize and supervise shifts & Manage and lead staff
∎ 10. Hire new employees & training and evaluate staff performance
∎ 11. Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
∎ 12. Manage restaurant supplies
∎ 13. Control costs and minimize waste
∎ 14. Nurture a positive working environment
∎ 15. Monitor operations and initiate corrective action
∎ 16. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
∎ 17. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years

∎ * Min 8-10 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel
∎ * Min 3-5 Years Buffet Management Experience
∎ * Experience in customer service management
