∎ Experience in any Buffet Restaurant or Hotel.
∎ Experience in Bakery and Pastry Making.
∎ Experience in Kitchen Management and Leadership

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to make bulk desserts with variety of desserts.
∎ Dessert Creation: Develop and prepare a variety of desserts and pastries, ensuring they are visually appealing and delicious
∎ Quality Control: Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and food safety for all desserts and pastries.
∎ Authentic Recipe Preparation: Prepare a variety of Indian dishes and kebabs using traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
∎ Spice Blending: Create and blend unique spice mixes to enhance the flavors of dishes.
∎ Grilling and Tandoor Cooking: Master grilling and tandoor techniques to cook kebabs and other grilled items to perfection.
∎ Menu Development: Assist in developing a diverse menu that includes both Thai and Chinese dishes, incorporating authentic ingredients and techniques.
∎ Cooking and Presentation: Prepare and present Thai and Chinese dishes, ensuring they are flavorful and aesthetically pleasing.
∎ Kitchen Supervision: Support the head chef in supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
∎ Chef: Bakery and Pastries Chef and Sous Chef Thai Chinese, Indian & Kebab Chef
