∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Feminist Research Methods, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Women Reghts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a well-articulated plan for the study
∎ Reviewing relevant secondary literatures
∎ Designing data collection tools
∎ Facilitating data collection process
∎ Analyzing collected data
∎ Preparing research report
∎ Developing presentation slides and brief report based on the finding of the study for greater dissemination

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about Dalit rights issues in Bangladesh
∎ Prior experience in conducting research on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)
∎ Sound knowledge on both qualitative and quantitative research methods
∎ Strong writing skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Sound in communication both in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent computer skill especially in MS Office, and research-related software
∎ Facilitation skill
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Costs in relation to any fieldwork will be borne by the organization.
