Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master of Social Science (MSS)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 40 years

1. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advocacy, Event/ Campaign Coordination, Social research
2. Preference will be given to the candidates from the communities discriminated based on work, descent and ethnicity.
3. Sound knowledge about human rights and social development sector of Bangladesh
4. Prior experience in conducting research and carrying out advocacies
5. Networking skills with different forums, electronic and print media
6. Good writing skills both in English and Bangla
7. Sound in communication both in English and Bangla
8. Excellent computer skill especially in MS Office
9. Good facilitation skill
10. Required field visit in the project areas

Responsibilities

1. Prepare fact finding reports, case studies, and coordinate research

2. Facilitate local, and national level advocacy and campaign

3. Prepare and present issue-based advocacy briefings

4. Documenting the information related to project implementation

5. Represent Nagorik Uddyog to the theme-based forum, alliances, and networks

6. Preparing periodic reports

7. Providing supports in dealing with any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

Yearly festival allowance equal to one-month salary. Other benefits as per organizational policy.
