• Initially the job duration is 6 months with possibility of extension (depend on performance).  

• Past experience in working with children in any school or NGOs.

• Confident co-operative attitude

• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure

• Awareness of deadlines and timescales

• Good communications and listening skills.

• Priority will be given for the candidate from Mirpur (Rupnagar tin-shed area)

• Work experience in grassroots level.

• Knowledge of MS-Office with excellent typing skill

• The position in under the project title `Improving Education and Skill of the Children of Women Textile Workers in Dhaka, Bangladesh`

• In-charge day-care centre

• Two work shifts 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Duty will be weekly rotate.
