Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

Preferably Master’s in public health or Bachelor

• 1 to 2 years

• Preferably Master’s in public health or Bachelor with 2 years of relevant experience

• At least 1 year of working experience in the relevant field

• Highly skilled in report writing

• Detailed understanding of research and/or M&E

• Highly skilled in data analysis

• Skilled in using MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel

• Strong analytical ability and logic driven mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to meet deadlines

• Good at multitasking and work well independently and in a team

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who can efficiently communicate and document technical requirements with clients and the project delivery team. This person will participate in business/system analysis and design, to document the requirements and support the team for successful project completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct background research; preparation of draft proposal, tools, and progress reports.

• Prepare event report and field reflections.

• Field visits to the project areas when required.

• Conduct data quality assessment.

• Support in planning and management.

• Compile, process and analyze data.
