∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation from reputed public/private university or College with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise in acquiring mortgage and auto loan business.
∎ Achieve new business in asset, liability and cards.
∎ Ensure retention of the business target.
∎ Manage the PAR and NPL of own asset portfolio within the given target.
∎ Analyze the creditworthiness of the potential borrower.
∎ Ensure quality services to the customers within the guideline.
∎ Cross-selling of different products of BRAC Bank.
∎ Assist other official tasks as guided by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 2 years experience as contractual or 1 year as permanent in sales position preferably in a bank or financial institution.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Good command in computer literacy (MS Office) and Analytical ability.
∎ Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills.
