Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve new business in asset, liability and cards.
∎ Ensure retention of business target.
∎ Manage the PAR & NPL of own asset portfolio within the given target.
∎ Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower.
∎ Ensure quality services to the customers within the guideline.
∎ Cross selling of different products of BRAC Bank
∎ Assist other official tasks as guided by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 3 years experience as contractual or 1 year as permanent in sales position preferably in bank or financial institution.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Good command in computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
∎ Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skills.
