∎ Survey Market to explore business opportunity.
∎ Achieve individual monthly target of sales and collection.
∎ Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower.
∎ Maintain relationship with Customer and other stakeholder.
∎ Ensure high quality of services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having proven track record in sales will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to drive Motorcycle is preferable.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 23000 (Monthly)
∎ Lucrative incentive package based on performance.Motorcycle loan with privileged interest rate.Mobile bill and local conveyance bill.In addition, all other allowances and benefits as per the Bank policy.
