Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation from reputed public / private University or College with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Survey Market to explore business opportunity
∎ Achieve individual monthly sales targets in terms of asset, liability and Cards
∎ Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower
∎ Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth
∎ Ensure high quality of services by recognizing and selecting accurate customers
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers/ stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having experience in sales will be an added advantage
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to source new business through own initiative
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
∎ Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skill
