Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned Business Targets (Asset, Liability & Collection).
∎ Conduct market survey and identify promising SME/Retail/Corporate/Liability business sectors, which have the growth potential.
∎ Check authenticity of prospective customer identification, purpose of loan, physical visit, and cross -checking with other parties and prepare credit proposal by extensively analyzing credit history, income, security, net worth, social status, and other parameters.
∎ Prepare visit reports.
∎ Provide high quality services and maintain a very good relationship with the customer and other stakeholder.
∎ Manage cross selling of Company's products
∎ Monitor and follow-up of disbursed loans and ensure timely recovery of loans.
∎ Generate new business while cross selling of different products.
∎ Drive different sales promotions and campaigns.
∎ Ensure service excellence while providing customer service.
∎ Extend assistance to Reporting Officer/Unit Head.
∎ Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Ability to promote team work and build strong interpersonal relationship with clients.
∎ Product knowledge
∎ Good communication skills both speaking and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Target oriented.
