Responsibilities & Context:
  • Business Target Achievement: Meet individual targets by onboarding new Privilege clients, growing deposit portfolios, acquiring fresh deposits, and cross-selling credit cards.

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a personal portfolio of Privilege clients, focusing on relationship building and portfolio growth.

  • Client Servicing: Act as a one-stop service provider, ensuring seamless end-to-end communication and delivery of Privilege value propositions.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high service standards through strict adherence to due diligence and operational protocols.

  • Complaint Resolution: Handle client complaints efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the bank’s products and monitor competitors’ offerings to maintain strategic insight.

  • Reporting & MIS: Prepare and submit reports/MIS as required by the Centre Manager.

  • Managerial Support: Assist the Centre Manager with operational and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; respond to audit observations appropriately.

  • Issue Escalation: Immediately report any compliance-related concerns to the appropriate authority/channel.

  • Team Collaboration: Uphold a positive and collaborative attitude, contributing to the overall performance of the Privilege Centre.
