Responsibilities & Context:
Acquire new Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan clients through direct marketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan customers.
Achieve business targets in line with organizational goals.
Ensure smooth collection of EMIs and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies.
Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and progress.
Support cross-functional teams as per management`s time-to-time assignments.
