Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquire new Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan clients through direct marketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
∎ Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan customers.
∎ Achieve business targets in line with organizational goals.
∎ Ensure smooth collection of EMIs and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
∎ Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies.
∎ Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and progress.
∎ Support cross-functional teams as per management's time-to-time assignments.
