∎ Minimum Bachelors' degree, preferably in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/ Marketing/ Statistics/Management/ Economics, from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify business opportunities for the bank by actively seeking out prospective customers.
∎ Aware the potential customers about BRAC Bank's product and service offerings.
∎ Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential customers.
∎ Provide funded & non-funded facility according to customer need.
∎ Collect necessary documents from prospective customers and prepare loan proposals for them.
∎ Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank guidelines and internal policies while submitting loan proposals.
∎ Maintain a strong professional relation with customers after loan disbursement to monitor the loan performance & collection.
∎ Achieve monthly targets on loan disbursement, collection and other additional criterions set by management.
∎ Conduct periodic market survey and keep aware the customers about changes in/new services offered by bank.
∎ Ensure high quality of services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years of relevant banking experience is required.
∎ Have very good knowledge of all types of banking products (Deposit, Funded and Non-Funded loan facilities).
∎ Have the ability to deal with composite facilities including trade finance.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office).
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Self-starter with drive & initiatives.
∎ Language proficiency both in Bangla and English.
