Job Responsibilities:
∎ To procure SME Business by the selection of prospective borrowers
∎ To assess SME Loan/Lease applications to determine whether the applicant meets the credit criteria outlined in the PPG of SME Loan/Lease as outlined in regulatory guidelines.
∎ Monitoring & reviewing existing SME asset portfolio on regular basis with the coordination of collection & business team and ensuring post-disbursement visits for irregular borrowers, guarantors on regular basis for reducing PAR and NPL of Bangladesh Finance
∎ Ensure and conduct physical visits of SME borrowers occasionally to meet business/client, validate financial & non-financial data of the applicants, measurement of creditworthiness, the condition of proposed security and its prospect in the market that update to superior authority accordingly
∎ Assist Branch Head & SME Head on specific projects/tasks as assigned related to internal work, current market situation and giving feedback on market, Industry/ sector, portfolio, etc. to all relevant concerns
∎ To develop sales strategies for product channels and manage existing portfolio health
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
∎ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research

∎ Good analytical and critical reasoning skills to understand new/existing businesses

∎ Ability to meet performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments, and conditions with limited resources
