Job Responsibilities:

∎ To increase the customer base of the Premium segment;
∎ To achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities outlined in Job Objective;
∎ To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities;
∎ Deposit/asset attrition management;
∎ Build & leverage relationships to grow share of the client's wallet while maximizing revenues;
∎ Actively participate in Digital Activation of respective assigned customers;
∎ Communicate with respective Business Channels or Customers for reducing NPL;
∎ Ensure the highest level of customer retention.
∎ Compliance:
∎
∎ Ensure proper operational process flow in line with internal and external policies and ensure compliance;
∎ Ensure that local regulatory functions are in place and monitored properly;
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Service Quality
∎
∎ To provide high-quality service to Premium Banking customers;
∎ Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently.
∎ Operations
∎
∎ Maintain a strong working relationship with own team and cross-functional team for smooth operations;
∎ Coordinate and assist regulatory and other audits;
∎ Timely submission of accurate compliance and risk reports;
∎ To meet transaction processing standards & ensure good cash management;
∎ To ensure that branches maintain all the records that are auditable for good audit rating.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 7 years of relevant working experience is required;
∎ Ability to work in a team and capability to meet deadlines;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, results-oriented and self-propelled.
