∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
∎ Develop and implement plans to increase market share.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ *Revenue & Profitability Management
∎ Ensure revenue and profitability goals are met.
∎ Optimize pricing strategies and sales promotions.
∎ Manage budgets and control operational costs.
∎ *Customer Relationship Management
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ *Reporting & Compliance
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
