Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage overall regional sales operations, ensuring strong execution of the FMCG sales strategy.
Analyze market dynamics across wholesale, retail, and modern trade to identify growth opportunities and competitive gaps.
Appoint, develop, and manage distributors while ensuring ROI, capability building, and compliance with company standards.
Set clear sales, volume, and distribution targets for AMs and TMs, supported by regular performance reviews and coaching.
Drive in-market execution excellence, including coverage expansion, merchandising, visibility, and outlet productivity.
Prepare and share accurate monthly sales forecasts, demand trends, and inventory insights with the Sales Head.
Lead trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and retail activation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, timely product availability, and disciplined execut
