∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for a number-driven, digitally savvy, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for this mid-level leadership position in its SME Banking Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure delivery of annual business and financial goals and targets;
∎ Ensure all risks within the Small Business are minimized, and those systems are in place to monitor and, as appropriate, eliminate risk in all areas of the business;
∎ Ensure the highest standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance;
∎ Set, monitor, and ensure progress toward quality targets across the business unit in line with business strategies and competitor initiatives;
∎ Manage, supervise, and coach BDMs and TMs;
∎ Ensure of achievement of yearly sales targets in terms of asset, liability, and FUM;
∎ Develop sales strategies to help in further expansion of SME business in different geographical locations;
∎ Coordinate with all SME coworkers and other business divisions, branches, and back office departments of the bank;
∎ Identify existing and potential targeted SME customers, and business opportunities;
∎ Develop strategic alliances;
∎ Assist in designing various banking products catering to the customer needs and continuous reviewing of the product;
∎ Coordinate with other divisions of the bank to ensure smooth operation of SME;
∎ Performance evaluation of the direct reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10-12 years of work experience in a relevant field;
∎ Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support real-time business decision-making in large commercial banks like BRAC Bank;
∎ Ability to build relationships across large and complex organizations and influence the key decision-makers.
