Job Context:
∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:
∎ Job Location: Khulna & Jashore region
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, guide and monitor the branches under specific regions and achieve set business target of the bank;
∎ Ensure internal/external policy, procedure and guidelines and promote a strict culture of compliance;
∎ Maintain top of line Customer Experience and grow relationships with customers;
∎ Take initiatives for increasing Customer Wallet with the bank;
∎ Retain and improve the portfolio quality through active collaboration with Collection Units;
∎ Guide the area managers/branch managers to meet objectives and goals;
∎ Responsible to oversee the performance and play the role of a 'Coach' for the employee in the region;
∎ Ensuring the right kind of support to grow the business of SME, Emerging Corporate, Transaction Banking and Retail Banking;
∎ Collaborate and create a development mindset for the branches to look for new business opportunities in specific areas;
∎ Lead the digital transformation and progress with every initiative of the bank;
∎ Oversee performance appraisal of all officials in the region.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have around 12 years of experience in branch banking with Corporate / Commercial / Retail banking exposure, with at least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager;
∎ Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support real-time business decision making in large commercial banks;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers and navigate a complex organization;
∎ Ability to build relationships across a large, complex organization and influence key decision-makers;
∎ Customer-centricity, result-oriented and self-propelled;
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team, capability to meet deadlines and keen to develop others.
