Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure completion of Loan Appraisal and Approval Functions maintaining standard TAT;
∎ Perform Loan Appraisal and Approval Functions as per Loan Process Flow and DLA;
∎ Ensure CRM Functionality in compliance with Credit Risk Management Policy and Bangladesh Bank Regulations;
∎ Analyze portfolio trend, market-industry scenario for reviewing PPGs, Loan Process etc.;
∎ Manage, supervise and coach CRM and Business Team about Credit norms and guidelines;
∎ Ensure Daily, Monthly and Periodic Reports to Head of Underwriting;
∎ Ensure Portfolio Monitoring and offsite supervision on Loan Collection/Recovery to keep standard portfolio quality;
∎ Ensure coordination with all stakeholders on Troubleshooting complicacy in Lending Process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of work experience in lending;
∎ Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Bank lending Guidelines;
∎ Strong knowledge over SME Borrowers and SME Market Dynamics;
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team;
∎ Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others.
