∎ Bachelor degree from any discipline preferably in business studies and management

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Representation and Business Development:
∎ Represent ChaowaPawa and work as main point of contact in the region.
∎ Maintain ChaowaPawa office in a professional manner with legal compliance
∎ Build awareness of ChaowaPawa among SMEs which leads to considering ChaowaPawa as a viable option.
∎ Capacity Buildup of SMEs:
∎ Provide orientation to SMEs on e-commerce platform
∎ Provide training to the women SMEs on product photography, product uploading, stock management, account management, quality assurance and delivery system
∎ Provide ongoing hand to hand support in troubleshoot on the product uploading, account management, order fulfillment to women SMEs.
∎ Stock Management and Order Fulfillment:
∎ In coordination with head office, manage product stock in the regional office
∎ Support in fulfilling orders in a timely manner including product packaging
∎ Work with delivery person/ delivery partners to ensure timely
∎ Coordination:
∎ Coordinate with SMEs on a regular basis
∎ Ensure payment of SMEs on timely manner in coordination with ChaowaPawa Dhaka office
∎ Coordinate and provide support to any promotional initiatives of ChaowaPawa in the region
∎ Monitoring and Reporting:
∎ Monitor account opening and uploading of the product on the ChaowaPawa Platform
∎ Identify and write case studies on successful SMEs and produce necessary reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience
∎ Know-how of basic troubleshooting on e-commerce
∎ Good understanding and sense of photography using camera and smart phone
∎ Excellent team working, relationship building and negotiation skills
∎ Training and presentation skill
∎ Good Able to travel regularly and spend time away from base and home
∎ Smart computer skills.
