Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Research and Engagement Strategy:
∎ Conduct market research to understand potential customers and their behaviors
∎ Support developing customer engagement strategy to strengthen customer engagement and increase loyalty
∎ Build awareness and understanding of ChaowaPawa among potential customers which leads to considering ChaowaPawa as a viable option for purchase and re-purchase
∎ Customer Community Management:
∎ Manage social platforms and website for customer engagement
∎ Manage communication system and fulfill queries with customers
∎ Manage customer community with follow up methodology
∎ Manage client relationship to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
∎ Develop and update client related reports.
∎ Customer Feedback Management:
∎ Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationship and support mechanism.
∎ Handle client issues throughout the customer life cycle in a timely and accurate system.
∎ Provide proper refund and compensation to customer on time.
∎ Create FAQs to benefit all customers.
∎ Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
∎ Business and Product Development:
∎ Enlist seasonal and trendy product based on customer expectation and demand.
∎ Assist in making major business decisions on basis of customer expectations and demand.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Guide and lead team members to exceed the customer requirements.
∎ Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience
∎ Good understanding with social platforms
∎ Know-how of market research
∎ Outstanding customer convincing skill with quick problem solving ideas
∎ Good interpersonal skill with sense of humor Smart computer skills.
