Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Experience:
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in sales and business development in Life insurance or financial services sector, with at least 05 years in a leadership role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people management skills· Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
- Deep knowledge of insurance products and distribution models· Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability·
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Purpose:
To lead and drive business growth in the assigned region by expanding the business network, developing retail channels, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role will also ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and a high-performing regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive premium growth and ensure achievement of sales targets across the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new market segments, onboarding new teams in gap markets.
- Ensure effective execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales campaigns.
- Organize regular events and programs to stimulate sales and improve engagement.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor DRMs, AMs, BMs, UMs, and the broader sales force.
- Monitor and support teams to ensure consistent performance and target delivery.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the Training Department to enhance skills.
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales teams on an ongoing basis.
- Implement priority corrective actions for underperforming teams and regions.
- Identify business gaps and growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Conduct regular branch visits and ensure monthly branch-level profitability.
- Analyze sales data, renewal performance, productivity trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide timely performance updates and reports to the Head of Sales / CRBO.
