Job Context:
∎ Job Summary: We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who will source candidates on behalf of our client companies, while he/she will also be assisting the in-house recruitments. The recruitment executive should have the ability to attract high-end talents to ensure quality headhunting services and successful placements. The core objective of this position is to exceed clients` expectations and to add value to their business by ensuring the most efficient process of talent acquisition.
∎ Job Location: Baridhara, Block - J, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
∎ Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
∎ Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers/universities etc.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
∎ Screen candidates' resume and job applications.
∎ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
∎ Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
∎ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
∎ Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
∎ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
∎ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in recruitment or similar role in HR.
∎ Additional Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
∎ Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
∎ Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress)
∎ Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check)
∎ Ability to recruit through various platforms such as Bdjobs, LinkedIn and Facebook.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong decision-making skills.
