Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct all the documents of recruited employees are processed as per guideline (interview checklist, recruitment approval from client, appointment letter, ID card, bank form, and collection of necessary documents)
∎ Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
∎ Regular market visits to ensure smooth operation & market visits and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Training & coaching The FMCG team & motivating them.
∎ Ensure compliance with all FF teams.
∎ Maintain employee database with all necessary information.
∎ Daily attendance tracking and report by collecting and sharing the attendance & activity report with the Area Coordinator
∎ Salary sheet prepares & gets approval from the regional team.
∎ Daily incident management and query management by the regional team.
∎ Field hazard management
∎ Liaise maintain with local law enforcement department, local administration & DIFE.
∎ Misconduct & credit overdue collection.
∎ Execute the sales point-wise events & activations.
∎ Connect and share supporting documents of expenses (soft & hard copy) to HQ.
∎ Employee information & granter verification.
∎ Direct report to FOM & KAM for making any decision, operational activities and make an execution plan
∎ Ensure available and enriched CV bank on hand for all recruitment scope positions
∎ Shortlist collected CV as per prescribed requirement for the position.
∎ During territory visit, he will check grooming & hygiene factors of BA & FMCs
∎ Share daily recruitment/primary interview schedule & status with Area Coordinator.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role FMCG industry is preferred.
∎ Additional Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
∎ Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
∎ Positive, go-getter attitude
∎ Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
∎ Should have good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor law.
∎ Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint.
