Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with multiple recruitment centers to oversee the overall recruitment process.
∎ Implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Apply modern recruitment tools, methods, and techniques to ensure quality hiring for the company.
∎ Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
∎ Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring with hiring manager satisfaction
∎ Understanding HR planning and resource forecasting by working with the functional heads to feed into recruitment timelines
∎ Conduct phone, skype and or in-person interviews
∎ Write and post descriptions on career websites and newspapers
∎ Provide a shortlists of required candidates to hiring managers
∎ Contact new hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
∎ Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
∎ Maintain up to-date with current recruiting methods
∎ Attend job fairs and careers events
∎ Adhering to all the HR policies and procedures
∎ Maintain and submit talent acquisition reports to management, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in (HR department) and minimum 3 years in any insurance company
∎ Able to properly use WhatsApp, IMO, Viber for recruitment marketing
Salary:
∎ Package Salary 30,000/- taka (Salary 20,000/- taka + Other TA/DA allowance 10,000/- taka)
