∎ At least one year of experience in recovery and collections (or related field).
∎ Motorcycle riding experience with valid driving license will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular Visit, Monitor and follow up on delinquent small business clients.
∎ Ensure timely repayment of delinquent loans.
∎ Control the forward flow rate of these loans in accordance with bank guidelines.
∎ Identify critical delinquent accounts requiring close monitoring and follow up on these accounts at critical stages.
∎ Input necessary information into the system for future reference.
∎ The primary responsibility of a Recovery Executive is to monitor all types of delinquent small business loans. This includes ensuring the recovery of due amounts from delinquent accounts, adhering to action plans provided by supervisors, and following the guidelines established by the bank.
∎ Regular Visit, Monitor and follow up on delinquent small business clients.
