Special Quality & Priority:
Priority will be given to candidates who have long-term or 2-3 years of experience working in a housing project or real estate company.
Responsibilities & Context:
Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database management
Must have sound knowledge in record keeping software or Land Management Software
Ability to handle digital record-keeping systems
Good typing speed in Bangla and English is often required
Accuracy in maintaining land records and documents
Ability to interact with officials and the public professionally
Organize and archive survey maps, deeds, and legal documents
Ability to quick respond to queries regarding land records
Must have a good understanding or experience in land documents.
Maintain up-to-date land ownership documents, title deeds, mutation records, and surveys.
