Welcome and assist visitors, patients, and guests professionally.
Receive, screen, and transfer phone calls and messages.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting arrangements.
Handle visitor registration and maintain front desk records.
Receive and distribute mail, documents, and courier items.
Provide information and customer support to visitors and clients.
Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
Handle payments and issue receipts (if applicable).
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area.
Ensure confidentiality of organizational and customer information.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
