Responsibilities & Context:

1. Ensure the safety and security of people, property, and premises.

2. Monitor entrances, exits, CCTV cameras, and surrounding areas.

3. Conduct regular patrols and prevent unauthorized access.

4. Check all incoming and outgoing vehicles, staff, visitors, and goods.

5. Verify gate passes and proper authorization before allowing entry or exit.

6. Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicles, and entry/exit movements.

7. Prevent unauthorized persons or materials from entering or leaving the premises.

8. Respond promptly to emergencies and report incidents to management.

9. Record and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or irregularities.

10. Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.
