∎ BBA or graduate degree in any discipline from any reputed public/private university having 2 years’ experience in front desk or administration, good interpersonal & IT skills, team leading capabilities and competency of written communication (English and Bengali) are essential. The candidate must be male and fluent in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced officials, who are willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the mentioned positions.
∎ Division: Operations
∎ Functions: Greet and welcome the ICAB members and guests, answer to the queries received from members, students, national and international organizations and others, attain all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages and communicate to the concerned official accordingly, communicate all members regarding meeting of ICAB's standing & other committees including sub-committees, call the concerned members or others for any special program, provide the relevant information to the designated desk, assist the members with conference, seminar and training programs and any other activity as per the direction of the higher authority.
