∎ BBA/MBA from any renowned Public/Private Universities.

Job Context:
∎ Robintex Group is a renowned RMG company in Bangladesh. It is a joint venture of Bangladesh - Germany, located at Vulta, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. The company is looking for 2 (Two) dynamic professional as the Head of Cutting Department.
∎ Job Location: Factory site

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect the ERP reports on fabric (Greige & Finished), and analyze to report the defect of the fabric complex issues.
∎ Seek guidance of supervising team member on comprehensive report on cut panel rejection.
∎ Follow up and reporting about fabric rejection related issues.
∎ Ensure the fabric inspection of required number of fabric rolls.
∎ Work with internal QA team, Knitting Dept., Dyeing Dept. to set up effective tools and evaluation mechanisms to control fabric defects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: Fresh.
