∎ Graduation degree in any discipline
∎ Computer literate with MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, Email correspondences, etc should required.
∎ Candidates certified in ISO 9001:2015 QMS will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Management System, Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to communicate effectively, Able to work under pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make regular visit to Factory and work closely with the day to day SOP's/ QSP's in details.
∎ Conduct audit independently (using Audit tools, checklist) according to the schedule, Prepares and analyzes of audit data, raise NC for system failure or mismatch with standard.
∎ Ability to conduct NC meeting with the section head explain the NC's and recommend corrections
∎ Ensure accuracy of the audit findings are mostly match with QSP's/ SOP's.
∎ Make sure that any amendment required (as per Customer or Organization) in QSP's / SOP's complies with corporate culture.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garment Industry.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Performs any other tasks assigned by the superior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Report writing , root cause analysis , making corrective action plan
∎ Good analytical and communication (English - oral and written) skills
