∎ Textile Engineering or related field experience.
∎ Skills Required: process and quality system audit and report; fol, Product Inspection, QC & Compliance, QC Inspector, QMS, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Inspection
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
4 to 5 years in the relevant position, Accessories (bag, Good understanding and rich experiences in Garment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product inspection, process and quality system audit and report; follow up non- conformities, failure analysis and improvements.
∎ Participate on new project development process, process audit.
∎ On-site monitoring suppliers' manufacturing process and quality controls so to ensure product quality.
∎ Suppliers training and development;
∎ Manage the customer compliant with 8D approach.
∎ Performing Process Audits, Supplier Audits, Product Audit, In-line inspections, Pre- shipment inspections etc.
∎ Communicate with related departments to ensure quality requirement are met.
∎ Conducting weekly, monthly supplier quality performance review in terms of supplier's
∎ FPY report, audit issue, customer complaining issue, etc.
∎ Warranty quality handling and product failure analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Textile Engineering or related field experience.
∎ At least 3 years of working experience for quality control operations, Process Control, and familiar with Work Instructions, SOP's, Drawing, Checksheet tools.
∎ Familiar with FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE, etc. tools
∎ Prefer to have (suppliers) quality management experiences.
∎ Good English reading, writing, and speaking.
∎ Chinese reading, writing, and speaking are preferable.
∎ Should able to read and inspect as per Product constructional drawings
∎ Good communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Able to work independently and pro-actively
∎ A self-starter with a 'hands-on' approach

∎ Be able to communicate with others effectively
∎ Able to inspire others to make a great teamwork

∎ Make sure quality is considered and well-controlled from the start of a new product in its whole launching process: Pilot run, New development, Mass production, etc. Benefit the quality of our products from the start and save money and time with related QA work.

∎ Active interaction with other functional heads within the company and related team to new projects quality activity and quality issues.
∎ External
∎ Active interaction with other functional heads within the company and related team to new projects quality activity and quality issues. Interacted with customers for dealing with quality issues or quality improvement activity.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 51000 (Monthly)
