- Have knowledge of Tubular knitting and dyeing will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor all quality related issues for the Dyeing & Knitting as per buyer`s requirement.
Responsible for quality assurance of the products as per customer and international standard.
Responsible to check greige and finish fabrics, find out defects, take decision & finally inform to head of department.
Responsible to ensures Greige and finish fabric meets buyer`s requirements.
Physically checks finish fabrics and make quality report of every batch.
Checks finish fabrics quality (roll wise) record data and report head of department.
Responsible to ensure fabrics quality such as shrinkage, GSM, Hand Feel, Running Shade, Recovery ETC to meet buyer`s requirements.
Implements as well as monitors the quality control methods of entire Knitting & Dyeing department.
Any other quality related job assign by the management.
