∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Have knowledge of Tubular knitting and dyeing will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor all quality related issues for the Dyeing & Knitting as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Responsible for quality assurance of the products as per customer and international standard.
∎ Responsible to check greige and finish fabrics, find out defects, take decision & finally inform to head of department.
∎ Responsible to ensures Greige and finish fabric meets buyer's requirements.
∎ Physically checks finish fabrics and make quality report of every batch.
∎ Checks finish fabrics quality (roll wise) record data and report head of department.
∎ Responsible to ensure fabrics quality such as shrinkage, GSM, Hand Feel, Running Shade, Recovery ETC to meet buyer's requirements.
∎ Implements as well as monitors the quality control methods of entire Knitting & Dyeing department.
∎ Any other quality related job assign by the management.
