Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & improve end product quality by monitoring, maintaining buyers' requirements and SOP for all steps in process, also provide and communicate for technical support.
∎ Assist HOD in conducting PP meeting regarding raw materials for garments productions to ensure stocking in time and analyze about the product specification.
∎ Monitor quality assurance department actively to ensure operational successfully, provide all kinds of managerial support, assist HOD in development of policy & system effectively implement in production floor for achieving best quality product as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers' quality standard.
∎ Maintain liaison with buyers QA team for technical problems for which their help is needed.
∎ Inform & assist HOD in creating & following up & bringing correction / modification in QA planning & SOPs to minimize / alleviate risk of delivering products conflicting with buyer's requirements.
∎ Be actively responsible for quality assurance through the entire manufacturing process including raw material for garments, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Co-ordinate with other relevant department to develop the product and ensure proper quality of garments product.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expected from finished product.
∎ Take necessary action / inform HOD if any discrepancies found.
∎ Follow up the machine maintenance & proper cleaning regularly.
∎ Participate in claim meetings as per instruction from HOD and take necessary action to deliver quality products.
∎ Prepare and present report to HOD (if required by HOD).
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by management or or HOD required for departmental work.
