∎ Effective leadership and communication abilities.
∎ High attention to detail and organizational skills.

∎ Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
∎ Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ Train employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
∎ Maintain records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
∎ Liaise with clients and suppliers to address quality-related concerns.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant legal and safety regulations.
∎ S & P Bangla Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and maintain high-quality standards throughout our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed quality expectations while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
