Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, communicate and maintain a Quality Management system to match customer expected quality standard on product quality and quality assurance protocol on the manufacturing process.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering the same.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the unit.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production requirements by Auditing & Controlling
∎ Doing In-line inspection.
∎ Follow up Final inspection.
∎ To maintain all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Need have the experience on dealing with direct customer (retailers, Not the trading company).
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
