Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Quality Team of Sample Section to analyze TP & technical issues at the initial stage of sampling.
Conduct risk analysis events based on factory and buyer perception.
Ensure all sample design, fit, spec and measurement align with buyer requirements.
Monitor quality at every stage of samples: proto, fit, counter, SMS, PP, size set, TOP and shipment samples.
Lead fabric, lining, trims & accessories analysis as per buyer testing manuals.
Review and resolve technical comments, providing production-friendly solutions.
Ensure quality assurance parameters are maintained to meet buyer target standards.
Maintain all required quality records and documentation as per customer requirements.
Closely coordinate with the production floor to advise on quality maintenance and improvement.
Act as a team leader while handling multiple renowned buyers.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
