Responsibilities & Context:
Collect inspection plan dates from factory units and prepare schedules.
Gather necessary information & data from factories and merchants for inspection.
Manage 3rd party bookings, PO sheets, inspection reports and goods status follow-up.
Communicate with merchants, factory PCs and 3rd parties regarding inspection, booking and payment issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inspection & cost reports.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance with concerned buyer quality standards.
Any other task assigned by management.
