Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Conduct PP meetings, in-line checks, and AQL check in the factory to ensure that the products meet quality and standards.
∎ Monitoring production and provide technical support to production unit when required, to ensure quality standard. Good knowledge of sweater knitting construction and knitting chart.
∎ Having experience and capable of handling buyers independently on Quality Assurance matters.
∎ Responsible to control the sweater business unit's product quality through the technological improvement of quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms, and checklists. Check proof at pre-production stage in terms of layout, positive, negative of the garment.
∎ Experience on preparing quality documentation, quality SOP and capable/experience on facing a technical audit.
∎ Sample development follows up and to arrange PP meeting to find out required
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development, approve sample, swatch matching & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customers.
∎ Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards.
∎ Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories, and customers to ensure product quality.
∎ Prepare daily quality report and report to management.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
