Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience on same post
∎ Negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures.
∎ Setting up quality standards as per customer requirements.
∎ Ensure the set process are followed.
∎ Required to provide solutions for internal and external audit findings and close those.
∎ Develop training modules scientifically by analyzing the skill level of the employees.
∎ Need to achieve departmental KPI by reviewing performance on individual employees periodically.
∎ Effective involvement for the first output and seal standards.
∎ Initiatives in order to reduce rework cost.
∎ Recording, analyzing and distributing information across the organization.
∎ Daily review meeting and monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
