Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, run and leading the quality department as per buyers' quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.).
∎ Overseeing, Co-ordinate and promoting the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirements.
∎ Developing and analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine the present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products;
∎ Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Working with effectively interacts with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Developing and maintaining quality assurance objectives and coordinating objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Planning promoting and organizing, training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Reviewing output samples against the sample and Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Finalizing the critical operation, quality points and explaining to the Quality team.
∎ Developing and implementing the inspection criteria and procedure
∎ Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in the house to finish goods;
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric also maintaining and recording cutting, fabric consumption.
∎ Fabric reconciliation for cutting department and determining production fabric average.
∎ Meeting with the production manager and discussion about cut plan & ensure Cutting Quality and fusing quality control.
∎ Establish and oversee all quality control procedures for established, leading global denim brands.
∎ Ensuring Finishing Quality Control Cost.
∎ Help to Analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve productivity and reduce returns.
∎ Any other work assigned by management.
