∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cutting Fabrics Quality

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility of fabrics & cutting quality
∎ Measuring production & documenting evidence
∎ Reduce defects and make an action plan analyzing the problems solve the quality issues and establish a zero defect culture in the factory
∎ To plan ,monitor ,audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with merchandising team and production people.
∎ To monitor product quality through from Cutting Fabrics.
∎ Ensure customer fit, quality, testing, measurement and fit requirements are met.
∎ Review daily issues occurring at the factories and work with the quality audit team to find quick solutions and give required guidance.
∎ Excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality related day to day problems occurring in sampling process of factory production.
∎ Plans promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to Top Management to get action.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective production & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Co-ordinate with Dying, Merchandiser, Production head on any requirement that cant be met.
∎ Working experience with ZARA-Inditex,Lotto,Champion,Terranova,Lidl,Stradiverius,Carrefour,H&M and Walmart is preferable.
